When the system won't boot
Watch the boot sequence, read the error, change BIOS settings, or enter a BitLocker recovery key.

For managed service providers
BIOS, boot, BitLocker, and serial console access from your browser.
Remote tools need a running OS and a working network. TinyPilot doesn't: reach BIOS, boot menus, and recovery screens.
Voyager 3 combines KVM over IP, a serial console, and LAN Monitor in one device, with no agent on the target and no open inbound ports.
Your RMM handles everyday support until a machine stops at a boot error, waits at a BitLocker prompt, or drops out of RMM entirely. TinyPilot shows the screen and takes the keyboard from power-on, with no agent on the target.
Watch the boot sequence, read the error, change BIOS settings, or enter a BitLocker recovery key.
Works before the OS loads
After a failed update, mount a recovery image with virtual media and repair or reimage remotely.
No agent on the target
Use a USB-to-serial adapter to access a switch or firewall from TinyPilot's browser interface.
Roll back a bad config
Start with critical systems that lack reliable remote access: a small-business server without iDRAC or iLO, a workstation running an essential application, or an appliance at a site with no technical staff.
Install one Voyager 3 per client site on its most critical host, with serial to the firewall or switch, and leave it connected.
Use HDMI and USB for a computer’s screen and keyboard. Add USB-to-serial adapters for network equipment.
Use your VPN or an overlay such as Tailscale, with no open inbound ports. Keep TinyPilot private and turn on role-based access with 2FA.
Confirm that you can reach the boot screen and connected serial consoles from outside the site network.
Also Included: LAN Monitor
Discover devices on TinyPilot's connected local networks and track reachability for up to 25 selected devices.

The Business Impact
For most MSPs, the expensive part of an outage isn't the fix. It's reaching the system. A site visit adds travel, scheduling, and site access before diagnosis can start.
On fixed-fee contracts, each avoided trip is margin you keep and a technician free for the next client. Run your own numbers below.
Where does remote access make sense for your clients?
Let's talk through your setupKeep using them for everyday support. TinyPilot adds remote access for BIOS settings, boot errors, recovery prompts, OS installations, and supported serial devices. Its KVM connection doesn’t require an agent on the target computer.
Start with equipment that lacks reliable remote access and sites where dispatching a technician is slow or costly. Each TinyPilot directly connects to one computer for KVM access, and can also provide serial access through supported adapters.
TinyPilot needs power and a working connection to your technician. For network recovery, add a path that doesn't depend on the failed equipment, such as Pathfinder cellular access. It reaches TinyPilot; it doesn't replace the site's internet.
TinyPilot is LAN-first, uses HTTPS, role-based access, and two-factor authentication, and needs no software on the target. Keep it behind your VPN or Tailscale, ZeroTier, or NetBird, with no open inbound ports. Buy direct or through CDW, Insight, SHI, DigiKey, 42U, or Amazon Business.
Getting started
Bring us an example client site and the systems your RMM can't reach when they fail. We'll map the KVM and serial connections, the remote-access path, and whether cellular recovery makes sense.
